The following sheet to calculates the different Ce predicted after an intravenous bolus by the Schnider and Eleveld PK models for propofol. You can change covariates (age, weight, etc.) and dose. You can also use the same sheet to simulate multiple iv bolus doses and different infusion rates. You need to install the PKPD Tools for Excel (for Windows) for this to work. Depending upon your security settings, you might also need to “Enable Editing” for this sheet.
